Application of deep eutectic solvents combined with vortex assisted dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction for five organophosphorus pesticides in juice and green tea beverage

Abstract In this study, a new microextraction method based on hydrophobic deep eutectic solvents was developed for the extraction and preconcentration of organophosphorus pesticides from beverage samples. The were synthesized choline chloride 4-chlorophenol. Main experimental parameters investigated to improve efficiency. proposed achieved satisfactory linear range between 50 2,000 μg L −1 with coefficient determination greater than 0.9939. recoveries enrichment factor five at three added levels ranged 71.68 113.18% 71.43–111.11 obtained acceptable relative standard deviation 1.37 11.92%. Limits detection quantification found be 0.05–0.3 0.17–1 , respectively. Finally, methods successfully applied pesticide in orange juice green tea.
